Terms of Use for NoorHub and noorhub.com

Version 1.0 

The NoorHub website located at https://noorhub.com is a copyrighted work belonging to NoorHub Technologies. Certain features of the Site may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules, which will be posted on the Site in connection with such features. 

All such additional terms, guidelines, and rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms. 

These Terms of Use describe the legally binding terms and conditions that govern your use of the Site. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS and represent that you have the authority and capacity to enter into these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to access the Site. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SITE. 

These Terms include provisions requiring arbitration for disputes (Section 10.2) and limit remedies available to you in case of a dispute. 

Access to the Site

Subject to these Terms, NoorHub grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to access the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. 

Restrictions. You may not:
Sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, or commercially exploit the Site. 

Modify, create derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Site.
Access the Site to build a competing website. 

Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any part of the Site, unless expressly allowed. 

NoorHub reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time without notice. You agree NoorHub is not liable for any interruptions or changes to the Site. 

Support. NoorHub is not obligated to provide support or maintenance. 

Intellectual Property. Except for your own User Content, all intellectual property rights in the Site (including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets) are owned by NoorHub or its suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to NoorHub’s intellectual property beyond the limited access described above.

Third-Party Links, Ads, and Other Users

Third-Party Links & Ads. The Site may contain links or advertisements for third-party websites. NoorHub does not control these third-party websites or ads and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use such links at your own risk. 

Other Users. Users are responsible for their own content. NoorHub is not liable for content posted by other users or for disputes between users. 

Release. You release NoorHub and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your use of the Site or interactions with other users.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as-is” and “as available.” NoorHub and its suppliers disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. NoorHub does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Site. NoorHub may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason. Termination may result in deletion of your User Content. Certain sections of these Terms (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and arbitration) will survive termination.

Copyright Policy

NoorHub respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to our designated Copyright Agent, including:
Your signature (physical or electronic)
Identification of the copyrighted work
Identification of the infringing material
Your contact information
A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Arbitration Agreement. All disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except claims not subject to arbitration (e.g., defamation, patent/copyright/trademark infringement). 

Rules. Arbitration will follow the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules. Decisions are final and binding.Waiver of Jury Trial & Class Actions. You waive rights to a jury trial and class-action lawsuits.Confidentiality. All arbitration proceedings are confidential.

Survival. This arbitration agreement survives termination of your relationship with NoorHub.
