The Product must be purchased from our official website at https://noorconnect.com. To receive Services, the Product must be in good working condition. You may not sublet, lease, or commercially exploit the Product for any commercial purpose. The Company warrants that for one year from the date of delivery, the Product will be free from material defects. If a warranty-covered defect occurs, the Company will repair or replace the Product in accordance with our Warranty Policy. The Product warranty is valid only in jurisdictions where the Company sells the Product.
By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the full legal capacity to form legally binding contracts. Platform registration is available only to persons who meet this eligibility requirement.
The NoorConnect mobile application is currently provided free of charge. You are not required to pay any fee to download or use the app. The Product is sold separately through our website. The purchase price will be shown at checkout. We may introduce optional paid features in the future. If any fees change, we will provide clear notice to you in advance.
You may return the Product within 30 days of delivery. Unless required by applicable law, return shipping costs are your responsibility. If you are a consumer, you may have additional statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Except for the Product Warranty, the Platform and Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Company disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Platform or Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Services are provided for general informational and guidance purposes to support your salah practice. For religious guidance, please consult a qualified religious scholar. Salah involves physical movement. You are responsible for practicing safely and within your personal physical limits.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. The Companys total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Company for the Product. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
