Order processing
Orders are prepared after payment has been confirmed. Processing may take longer during product launches, Ramadan and Eid periods, public holidays or when an address requires verification.
If an order contains a pre-order or back-order item, the estimated dispatch date shown on the product page, at checkout or in the order update will apply.
Delivery options and estimates
Available services, estimated delivery times and shipping charges are shown at checkout for the destination entered. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Carrier operations, customs clearance, weather, local events and other circumstances outside NoorConnect's reasonable control may affect delivery.
Tracking your order
When tracking is available, a dispatch email will include the tracking number or link. Carrier scans can take time to appear after the parcel has left our facility.
Address changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if an address must be corrected or an order cancelled. We can only make changes before fulfilment begins and cannot change the delivery address after dispatch.
Lost, damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order number. For a damaged or incorrect item, include clear photographs of the parcel, shipping label and product so that we can investigate with the carrier.
Items in one order may be dispatched separately. A separate shipping notification may be sent for each parcel.
International orders
Import duties, taxes and customs fees may be charged by the destination country unless checkout expressly states that they are included. These charges are the recipient's responsibility.
Some destinations or address types may not be serviceable because of carrier, product, customs or local regulatory restrictions. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact the customer with the available options.
