Sensor not detecting Salah postures

   1. Place the mat on a flat, non-slip surface.

   2. Ensure the mat is fully charged.

   3. Avoid covering sensors with thick fabrics or objects.

   4. Reset the mat by holding the power button for 10

       seconds.

No sound from the mat’s speakers

   1. Adjust the volume in the NoorConnect app.

   2. Check if the mat is muted (use the app’s “Audio

       Settings”).

   3. Ensure the mat is paired with the app (sound only

       works when connected).

Prayer times are inaccurate    1. Verify your location in the app (Settings > Location).

   2. Manually adjust prayer times (Settings > Prayer

       Times > Customize).

   3. Update the app to get the latest time calibration.

Warranty Policy


The NoorConnect Smart Salah Mat comes with a standard 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty sensors, speaker issues). The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, drops, or improper storage.
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., surface scuffs).
  • Repairs or modifications by third parties.

To claim warranty: Contact us with your order number, photos of the defect, and a description of the issue. We’ll guide you through the replacement or repair process.

Return Policy


We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. To initiate a return:

  1. Email info@noorconnect.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our team to approve your return and provide a return shipping label.
  3. Ship the product back to us—refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Can I use the NoorConnect app without the mat?

Yes. The NoorConnect app can be used independently without the mat, allowing you to access Salah guidance and learning content directly on your phone or tablet.
When paired with the smart mat, you unlock a more immersive, sensor-based guided Salah experience.

How should I store the mat? Can I fold it?

Because the mat has built-in sensors, we don’t recommend folding it. To protect sensor performance, please roll it up gently for storage and avoid heavy pressure or long-term compression.

Does the NoorConnect Smart Salah Mat require a power cable to use?

No. The mat is fully battery powered and can be used without any cables.
It can also be used while connected to a power source, allowing continuous use when needed.

How long does the battery last?

Under normal usage, a full charge lasts approximately one week.

Battery life may vary depending on usage frequency and audio volume.

Does the mat have built-in speakers for recitation?

Yes. The mat features high-quality built-in speakers that deliver clear and audible Qur’an recitations during Salah, providing a complete and immersive experience without external devices.
