Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with NoorConnect. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order is confirmed and payment is received. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Origin

Our products are shipped from our warehouse in China / Hong Kong. As an international order, your shipment may be subject to customs inspection, which can affect delivery times.

Estimated Delivery Time

For orders shipped to the United States, the estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control. The total time to receive your order is the processing time plus the shipping transit time.

Shipping Costs

A flat shipping rate of $[15] USD applies to all orders. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Duties & Taxes (DDP)

For most destinations, we ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, meaning import duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not be charged additional customs fees upon delivery.

In the rare event that your local customs authority requires additional charges not covered by DDP, you will be responsible for those charges. Please note that for refused deliveries or returns, duties and taxes that have already been paid and cannot be recovered may be non-refundable, as described in our Refund Policy.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update after dispatch. If you have not received tracking details within 7 business days of your order, please contact us at info@noorconnect.com.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@noorconnect.com within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. While we will assist with claims for lost or damaged shipments, the carrier assumes responsibility for the package once it is in transit.
